Return and Refund Policy 

At Peplos, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can easily initiate a return, refund, or exchange request directly from the Support section on our website within 15 days of delivery. 

Conditions for Return: 

  • The product must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. 

  • You may keep any accessories or freebies that came with the product. There’s no need to return them. 

Return Process: 

  • Customers can initiate a return, refund, or exchange directly from the website under the Support section in the menu. 

  • We arrange for the pickup directly from your address – no need to ship the item yourself. 

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. After the inspection, we will initiate the refund or exchange process. 

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, and it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account. 

Defective, Wrong or Damaged Products: 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo or video of the damaged, wrong product. 

  • We will schedule a pickup from your location. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will either process a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. 

Exchanges: 

  • We currently do not offer hand-to-hand exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, return the original item first. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will initiate the exchange or refund process. You can then place a new order for the desired product.

Shipping Information: 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During high-demand seasons, there may be slight delays. 

Note: Peplos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
