Additionally, please send pictures of the damaged product on WhatsApp to the same phone number. We will arrange for the product to be picked up and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

At Peplos Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund within 15 days (about 2 weeks) of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered. The return shipping charges will be borne by us,

and the product should be returned through a reputable courier service that provides tracking information.
