If you received an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 1 week of receiving the package.To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

Products bought on Peplos Jeans Website cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow our online return process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please go to the “my account” section of the website and proceed to the Return or Exchange option as given. You can also email customer service at support@peplosjeans.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
